Services
MOSA
MOSA is one of my top passions when it comes to the DoD. I love working with industry and government teams to discover how to best tailor their MOSA. I am happy to coach, train, mentor, and even do the work. For the USG, I will get you aligned to meet Title 10 requirements & your orgs MOSA Implementation Guidance as well as help you evaluate vendors to ensure you are getting the MOSA you desire. For Industry, I will get you aligned to the customer's MOSA so that you have compliant responses and products and/or help you internally leverage MOSA principles that will set you up for success regardless of the customer.
Engineering and Technical
I was fortunate enough to spend nearly 2 decades in the Defense Engineering space working SOF C-130 Mods in the USAF to Airworthiness and Acquisition Engineering in the US Army on UH/MH-60, AH-64, Turbine, Engines, UAS, and Future Vertical Lift. I departed the USG as the Chief Engineer for PEO AVN with technical oversight of over 13,000 fielded aircraft and nearly $4B/yr in acquisitions. I love working with USG and Industry to coach and walk along rising stars and senior lead/chief engineers. Need help with upcoming Design Reviews? Need help in a new role? Strategy
Strategy, I would almost do this work for free...but I won't because my kids eat too much :). Strategy is needed at all levels. At all levels, strategy is about understanding you desired end state, recognizing the challenges that you will face, and then planning and making decisions that best position you for success. Having someone outside your day to day grind often helps surface and capture the best way to move forward. I also enjoy helping with "transformation" and "change" initiatives.
Leadership
I am a leadership junky. I like all the literature and theory but love the practice of leadership and helping individuals and org find their sweet spot and excel. I love coaching and training others in leadership.
